Service Description

Here at In Bloom Events & Décor our Full day Rentals are considered a 12 hour rental. We charge a flat rate of $150 for delivery, which includes the delivery, set-up and the retrieval process. Installation is by far the best part of the process! This is when it all comes to life. On event day we will call you before we head to your location so you are confident we will be there. On site, we set everything up and install the entire order with our team and clean up the mess behind us! We are here to make your event convenient and stress-free.


Cancellation Policy

We understand that things may come up, however we put a lot of time and effort into building your event to make it special. We require at least 3 days notice (72 hours) before your rental cancelation/rescheduling. Rescheduling: If the weather or any situation prevents our rentals from taking place, the client may reschedule their installation at least 72 hours before their event without penalty. The client can reschedule their event within the next 365 calendar days, at the convenience of In Bloom Events & Décor without being charged a fee. You must notify us immediately to secure the new date. If we are not available, the cancellation policy and a fee will apply. Cancellation: Clients maintain the right to cancel at any time, however, a cancellation fee will apply if notified within the 72 hour window before the event. If an event is canceled, the following fees applies: At Least 72 hours notice before the event: $0.00 fee Under 72 hours notice before the event: (50% of the total rental) “Reductions” or “Changes” (adding /deleting decor pieces) cannot be made on orders after these Terms & Conditions have been signed. Color Changes may result in additional charges.
